I first met Jesse Meuschke when I was in 5th grade, I was in his wife’s class. Her name is Rose Meuschke. They met at college and fell in love; they found out months later that they had actually met in 3rd grade but she had moved away. They have been together for almost 20 years and their 11th wedding anniversary is coming up soon. They have three kids together, the oldest being 6.  

Meowski, a nickname students have made up for him, has worked at the Mendocino K-8 for 5 years. His last job was being a high school teacher in Ukiah. When I interviewed Meowski, he said “Retirement,” was his dream job. Meuschke was born in Fort Bragg on Nov 11, “between the 1700s and 2000s.”. He grew up in the Mendocino-Fort Bragg area and graduated from Mendocino High School in 200# . Meuschke has one sister and has played baseball and golf. Meuschke has been one of my favorite teachers here at Mendocino K-8. In class, students learn 

I think that the upcoming 7th and 8th graders are going to love Meuschke too.
